Hi Fion, can you explain what you mean?

We are all experiencing different sensations, so knowing what you are going through would be most helpful.

I've noticed a strange taste in my mouth soon after taking levothyroxine plus did feel jittery a few days ago, about an hour after taking it. I haven't been jittery since.

Pleae call someone or go to A and E if you continue to feel so bad.

I suffer from a tingling sensation in my face (especially around the mouth), hands and lower legs. I also get night terrors, visions, voices... not nice. I also had suicidal thoughts when I was suffering from depression a couple of years ago. Whether this is down to thyroxine or just the illness itself. From what I've read, poor cell metabolism (from lack of thyroid hormone / non conversion to t3 / poor absorption) will lead to a whole host of symptoms, and will play with the mind. Please go see the GP though if you are having suicidal thoughts to get something to help you through, even if it's just whilst your meds are being sorted. x Best wishes. x

Was this all caused by your thyroid according to docs x

Are you on more that 10ug T3? I found I felt weird on 20ug T3 compared to 10ug T3. blood T3 was high and Blood T4 was low. Got vibrations in my left foot amongst other things and felt a bit out of it and got headaches. Had a feeling of not being able to cope.
