Didn't Chew My Armour, It Made a Huge Difference.

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say when I woke this morning and took my meds I got my Levo and Armour mixed up. I ended up chewing a Levo instead of the Armour. I've had a terrible day so far, I've found it almost impossible to stay awake and have felt dizzy, very cold and nauseous. I did this by mistake a week ago and the same thing happened.

Chewing certainly was good advice I read about! I've ended up chewing a half grain in the hope I feel better. X

Levo doesn't taste of anything much, just chew them all! :)

Hi, I think if I chewed Nutri Adrenal I'd probably blow chunks! Have no idea if it makes them work better, interesting thought though!
